I had started at inspire Pole in a beginner class and then moved on to private lessons wth Kellie my first one was great and my second got cancelled and changed twice and then move to a different day. After getting a baby sitter 2 hours before Kellie messaged me and said she couldn’t do my lesson because she was drunk at the pub and couldn’t even drive. I was embarrased with this lack of professionalism that she showed. She wasn’t sorry and when I replied expressing my anger and disappointment she didn’t even reply. Then after leaving my feedback on Facebook they hid my comments and sent me a rude unhelpful message back still not trying to resolve the issue. I am disgusted
